Over noise of cpu fan

hi...
my CPU fan is producing over noise...esp when i run any gaming application or when i start my web browser or when i open multiple applications or word processor etc. the fan speed suddenly increases and decreases automatically even when the system is idle. i even checked the CPU usage in the task manager when it creates noise..there may be 2% or 3%usage only... kindly suggest me ways to dig out this problem

Dear Sir,

You should carry out a servicing with the CPU and also consider upgrading it in order to get the problem fixed.
