Hello,
There are different possibilities that could explain your problem, whether :
* Your HDD is not correctly connected
* Your HDD is deficient
* The boot order is not correct (your computer doesn't boot on the hard drive then you have to verify this in the bios)
* You have a usb key connected to your computer and you have forgotten to disconnect it.
* The MBR is damaged ... Try to fix it with a fixmbr command prompt by using the Installation CD
