4 GB SanDisk pen drive can't open

Hello,
have a 4GB SanDisk pen drive all of suddenly it is
showing the disk in drive is not formatted. In properties it is showing 0 Bytes memory .
And my IMP file in this pen drive please help me how can open this pen drive?
