Itunes volume not working

The sound on my macbook pro works fine with other things, but doesn't seem to be working when i try to listen to my itunes. The sound on the itunes and the sound on my computer are turned up but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Look for a mute button on itunes. If nothing works then uninstall and reinstall it.
