Recovery of deleted mails from my inbox in gm

i dowloaded my mails of in my gmail id to microsoft office outlook, froim there i deleted the maiils in my inbox, now i want recover the same mail in my gmail inbox, what to do

Dear Gokul,

Once you have deleted the files in the trash box, you will not be able to get them back.
