Imation 4GB Pendrive Closed

Hi,

I have Imation 4GB Pendrive. I had 1.07GB data. So, I thought of formating 1.07GB data.

After formating 1.07GB, now it showing the memory only 1.07 GB. How to make it to 1.07GB to 4GB. What might be a problem is this? 

Can anyone help to resolve this?

This might be sourcing from some problems with the system files. Please have the problem solved through the following steps.
