Kingston 4 GB Data Traveler Closed

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.3I'm trying to figure out how to erase the files stored on my Kingston 4 GB Data Traveler.  Can anyone help me with a step by step process?

Simply select the specific files and press delete and they will hence get erased.
