Question

I do not know where it came from, I was just doing a paper for my homework but out of nowhere the fake security thing. So then I tried opening my Mcafee security but then I can't open anything from my computer all it says is application not available. It also blocked my Internet. How can I fix this? I can't even go online and download the malware remover. The virus lockdown my firewall so I can't unblock the internet.

Sorry to say but you are in big trouble, one of the biggest !

Three important questions which may be a start to resolving the issue.  Do you have access to command prompt?  Do you have access to your task manager? If need be, would you be able to download from another computer, save on a flash drive and run the application on your infected apparatus?

No i can not access those things. I also do not have a flash drive and windows defender

Hello Kevo,

I am very sorry, but If you do not even access to command prompt, the very last thing that should be working on a system, then I am afraid to say that we are left with nothing to work with and work on.

The last thing I can recommend is insert your Windows XP disk, reboot you computer and attempt "R" for repair.
