Do you already check you battery? Charge her as if it's her first charge (some kind of battery do need this after a so long unused time). If it still not working, think the possibility it can be dead (it can occurs in long inactive batteries) by testing another battery into your laptop. If it doesn't work, get your PC in an assistance, for so they'll help more technically better than any could ever do remotely. Your machine can be this way by a dead transistor or even dust into the circuits. It'll depends on how and where you storage your laptop.
