Hello,

Please download and use this very simple tool "Start-up Lite".

https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

You will notice a world of difference.

open the system bios check for fast boot to enable it. it is only for certain computer only.. other way open the >start>run > type msconfig..
the system configuration will show to your screen.. in startup panel you can select to boot wich one you like..

Uninstall the programs that you don't need. These programs take up hard drive space, and they can slow down your computer. You should remove unnecessary startup items.
Use the Outlook AutoArchive feature to back up e-mail messages. Archiving means moving messages to an archive folder at regularly scheduled intervals.
