open the system bios check for fast boot to enable it. it is only for certain computer only.. other way open the >start>run > type msconfig..
the system configuration will show to your screen.. in startup panel you can select to boot wich one you like..

How often do I have to trun this msconfig? As you see, I did it 4 days ago and now it slows down again! Please advise.

Uninstall the programs that you don't need. These programs take up hard drive space, and they can slow down your computer. You should remove unnecessary startup items.
