Windows Explorer error

Hi All,

While opening windows i am getting error message as Windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. when i click on don't send button then i am getting error as Dr watson postmortem debugger has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Due to this i am not able to work on my system. I don't have internet. Please suggest me.
