Why won't itunes download?

I have an IBM windows laptop. i tryed to download itunes and the window came up so i clicked on run. then the download thing came up and it downloaded it and it said 100%. then i closed the window and went to my desktop to open itunes and it wasn't there nor in all programs or my start menu. did it download? if not, why and how can i get it to download?

Hi there,

What was used for downloading?Browser itself or a download manager ?Please specify with more information and which browser was used.
