How do i restore my facebook account

somebody hacked into my email and my facebook account they are using my yahoo im and telling my friends that ive been hold by gun point and that i need money.. they also got my facebook nd deleted my account... is there any way that i can restore my facebook account.. i deleted the yahoo emile so they cldnt use it any more.. please help me

If you get on to the Facebook site and click on forgotten email address, Facebook should send an email that allows you to change your password to the email address you provided when you first signed up to them. Did you give them your Yahoo email address? In which case you may need to contact Facebook adminstrators and Yahoo.
