Hi there,
Its hard possible that its not only keyboard which is damaged but motherboard also has been partly infected with water and either you change the motherboard also or add a usb keyboard to system and use,before proceeding with changing the motherboard please get it checked by a qualified electronic technician if possible he will fix it for you.
