Pls help guys blue screen 0x0000007b

First time I see this, guys i got the same problem here blu screen 0x0000007b , my question is, Doing a Secure Erase From Option Rom Utility in the Advance micro device will I be able reinstalling windows xp as we usually do when we format, and the Secure Erase will it couse problems after deleing them like hard disk drivers or 'Secure erase' erases only the current OS and leaves booting files in there?
