                    you dont have the choice other that to format it and doing a clean installation of windows once again
                
                
            
                        
                    you can try booting with "SAFE MODE" press F8 when Windows Booting.... And you can Uninstall Last UPDATE in CONTROL PANEL/Add or Remove Programs...  I Hope That Helpful...

                    If you have the install disc then you could try accessing "Sysem Restore" and selecting an earlier date to restore to (I usually go for the restore point before the latest one).
Unfortunately, this requires System Restore to have been on in the first place. I think Vista has it turned off by default, but I could be wrong (I hope I am!).
