Hello,i was scanning my pentium 3 pc(900 sumthing mhz procesor)n i hv deleted some files by mistake while sccannig.And since from then i jst logon and it will restart non-stop wen i logon again.when i try to install an operating system i cant boot from by cd-rom and i dont hv da options to choose boot sequence.wat can i do?pls help

You always have the option to choose the boot sequence. You need to search through the BIOS settings - it might be called "boot order" or "boot device" but it has to be there.

Do i need a floppy boot disk for my pentium 3 to install an operating system or wat?

Not if you can set the BIOS to boot from your CD drive
