Windows 7 custom content sims 2 help!!

i have Windows 7 and i cant figure out where to put my custom content for the sims 2. on my old computer with windows xp i just put it in the downloads folder but now there is no downloads folder for the sims 2 and idk where to put custom content. help! does anyone know how?

its not on this computer its on my other one so its not sims 2 for mac
