I got high speed suddenly.how 2 do that again

Hi guys! yesterday i got high 90 - 100kpbs download speed.Its was fantastic.Today again dropped back to 25- 30 kpbs.plz any one noticed the same happen 2 u.

how 2 get those speeds by hack or crack...........plz ans to my id arun.usho123@gmail.com
