Virus in my laptop

hi
any body please help me, i have problem with virus, i was alredy deleted sum virus files with help of mcafee, but still virus in my laptop, because when i open sum files it directly showing open with internet explorer, and even i cant open RUN.

Dear Shashi,

It might be that the problem being experienced is coming from the fact that you do not have the latest version of the Mcafee Anti virus application and hence it didn't detect some of the viruses.
