Can't Connect :( Closed

Question

I have a fairly new HP and IE with itunes 9 i have not been able to connect to itunes yet. "Network connection timed out" is the only thing i've gotten since i started. Somene please help me.... I need it badly
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0
