How do i setup ablutooth in my laptop

hii. my nameis Samitha. I am using nokia 2760 hand set ; i hav lenovo b450 laptop; i wat to connect my phone to lap through bluetooth. i already downlaod the bluetooth driver from internet .
but i am not able to do setup; at first shows " prepairing to instal" but then
getting error msg like "no bluetooth device was detected; pls make sure that bluetooth device is plugged in properly inorder to continue installation".. anyone can help me??

we should know .there is bluetooth device in our lap top? only softwere cant work for bluetooth wireless serivice. if we have bluetooth hard were in our computer we need same lapto supported driver and also operating system. there is diffrent driver for diffrent operating system . thanks
