Cant set up email

all is being really weard to me however I followed the same videos example on youtube with all stemps but my problem is I cant find the icon email settings in Setup folder in Menu first second when Im is Setup wizard >>then Email set up Im having only option I want to use a work email account ... and not ADD NEW EMAIL which I cant find a solution for.thanks in Advance Friends.
