Lets say your dates are in column A
Select Column A
Go to Data, and choose Text to column
choose delimited
click on next
remove all checks
click on next
choose data and pick the right format for your data. This is the format in which the data current appears. It seems you would be using DMY (date, month year) and click finish

jst small change i have done i have select MDY (Month, date , year) format and after that all automatically come in DMY format ...
dnt know why that time when i select DMY that was not resolving my Problem
