Acer 1360 Boot Problems

I have a Acer 1360 laptop I bought used with no HDD or ram. I had both items so i installed Ram and HDD in the laptop. It boots into bios but does not see the HDD or the cd/dvd drive in bios also will not let me boot from cd drive to partition the drive is their any trouble shooting tip's anyone can give me?

what make and model is the HDD and the CD/DVD Drive
