Formula for percent for ei.. D1 and E1 equals

I have two rows... Say D1 (16,597) and E1 (30,725). Want to find out how to get percentage formula to show that 16,597 is 54.01790% of 30,725

Two options

in F1
=D1/E1 and format the cell as percentage

or
=100 * D1 /E1
1
