How do I fill in a form from otheer data

I have a 1st tab Form in an Excel spreadsheet that I need to have it fill in automatically by placing a number into the form that corresponds with data in a spreadsheet on tab two.

On the tab two spreadsheet by rows there is information such as a sales order number, date, customer, what was ordered, qty, cost, etc.

I want to only put the Sales Order # in the top of the form and all the other data fill in automatically into the various cells on the form. Many fill in cells are not adjacent to other cells.
