Help retrieving images from phone

I am using Nokia N70. Suddenly, I am not able to see the photos/images. When I copied them to my PC, it shows "the image supporting file is not there or updated" How to rectify?

REINSTALL THE DRIVER AGAIN ALSO SCAN FOR VIRUSES DIZ TIME OR TRY AND GO TO AUTOPLAY OPTION WHICH APPEARS WHEN U 1st CONNECT NETHING TO UR COMP
