IMEISV: 78
 HOW CAN I ACTIVATE MY SECOND SIM

There is a possibility that the problem is simply coming from the SIM card. Please try it on another mobile phone and indicate for further help.

there is no matter to sim problem but about imei code, because this is a dual sim phone and the problem became after TRAI restriction case. before that it was worked .
