Gta 4 on minimum requirements

i have 1.5 gb ram 512 mb nvidia 8400 graphic card
and processor intel core 2 duo
i can run run gta 4 on minimum requirements and it runs smooth but when i increase
the resolution
it works very slow as hell
please help me

Try to reduce the resolution.
