Clips can be 3 gp format and it is normal to see them in small format, or a default setting to faulty player who watch movies. With another player tries to open the same videos and see the difference. Install or Reinstall another player if the problem persists

I had the exact same problem. This is what I did to fix it. I updated to the latest
version of windows ie. I then went to adobe.com and downloaded activeX
and downloaded adobe flash player. Now my problem is solved. Hope this
helps if you have'nt already fixed the problem. Peace out
