Activation of my phone to free browsing

i hav a china phone named j-max but i do not knowhow to activate it to free browsing pls help.thanks

Dear Emma,

Please consider contacting the service provider for obtaining its settings and hence get it activated on your phone.

There is not service for free browsing unless your service provider has a special package with a monthly rental fee,for more information please contact customer care.
