Browse with Nktel A8800

I Want To Browse internet Using my NktelA8800 China Mobile Phone. But I Am Not Sure If It Has The Function For That Or Not, Cause Every Time When I Plug My Cellphone Using Usb Cable It Asks For Only Two Options .
1. Whether I Want To Use it As A Storage Device And The Another One Is
2. Whether I Want To use It As A Camera.
There Is No Further Option For Connection Asking Me Any thing Else To Do.
Plz Help Me How May I Connetct My mobile With Pc. For Internet Browsing..
