Memory card cannot connect to the PC

everytime I connect my 5130 xpressmusic to the pc, there is a message "memory card is used by other application....what should I do?I tried to format my memory card, and it works but meanwhile when I tried to connect my phone to the pc again....this message showed again....

What am I supposed to do?

Dear Sir,

Please consider checking through the Task Manager and see whether there is any application in conflict with it and hence end it.
