No sound or ringtone for incoming calls

Hey guys;
I have china clone i phone (3 G) . I do not receive any sound or ring tone on all incoming calls neither i can listen the person on the other side of the call. But he can receive my calls and listen me as well. please let me know if some know this problem.

Dear Khalid,

Please adjust its Sound Settings for the fact that sounds might have been disabled on it.
