The computer will have a series of beeps when it is on and it shows MSI screen at start and it shows that something is bad and time and date not configured. When i got in it would reset to date manufacture date. Is it a hardware or software problem? IT happens everyday.

You did not say how many beeps you get at start up I would imagine 4 by what you say
4 beeps could be Timer Not Operational Timer 1 is not functioning (also caused by error in base memory).
On start up go into BIOS (hit F2 normally) correct the time and date choose setup defaults F9, select yes, enter, F10 enter, yes and let windows start normally. See if that works
