What are the key features of MSI Kombustor?

Ease of use: You don't have to be a geek to use this benchmarking tool. As a matter of fact, the controls of MSI Kombustor are extremely straightforward, simply download and install the software, and start the test of your choice.
Multiple tests: The purpose of a GPU stress test is to push your graphics card to its absolute limits. This means that your card will be forced to use its maximum processing power, at the highest possible fan cooling speed. MSI Kombustor features different types of tests, from the most basic stress test to the so-called Xtreme Burning Mode.

Temperature monitoring: Kombuster provides you with more than just benchmark test results. One of our favorite features is GPU temperature monitoring, as it displays real-time insights on the temperature of your card's graphics processing unit (GPU).
Choose a screen size: There are two different display modes available. The standard one includes the default MSI Kombustor layout and statistics. When selecting the custom mode, you have the full freedom to arrange the dashboard according to your preferences. Furthermore, MSI Kombustor can be shown in full screen and in window display mode.

Afterburner integration: It is possible to link Kombustor with Afterburner, another graphics card analysis tool by MSI. By doing so, you will get an even more detailed analysis of your GPU.

How to use MSI Kombustor?

The installation of MSI Kombustor is similar to what you are used to from other Windows applications. It is very important however to allow administrator permission during the process. As soon as you have successfully used the tool you will be taken to the main screen. From here you can modify certain parameters before starting the benchmark. The duration of a stress test varies depending on your system specs. A typical benchmark lasts anywhere between 60 and 120 minutes.
