Probablem with flash players

Hello, this is suk. I have been frustrated with flash players last two weeks. Every time I find the way to up load the flash players, and it works until I turn off the computer. Every time I turn on the computer, the flash player is not up load or the flash player is not working at all. Can anyone help me on this?

Please check your graphic card and its driver as well as whether the application contain no corrupted files.
