Dell Inspiron 1525 built in webcam Closed

Question

Hello, 


My inspiron recently stopped working, so i got it completely cleared and installed all the disks that came with it again, i think
but now the toolbar at the top of my screen is gone and my webcam wont work peoperly
this is annoying because i use msn and can only call rather than go on 1 cam at a time

anyone help? thanks

Hi,

The 'toolbar' is probably the docking application and can be downloaded from 
https://www.stardock.com/ just search for dell dock and download. 

The webcam driver is no a cd that you should have recieved with the notebook. Otherwise, get it from support.dell.com. On the website, click on support for SMB, then  click on drivers and downloads> enter a svctag> enter the tag on the bottom of your laptop, select proper OS, download and install.
