Help account hacked for facebook and msn

Hello,

my boyfriends msn and facebook account have been hacked and the passwords changed so he cannot get on either to get a new password, we have contacted facebook, microsoft and hotmail reporting this and asking for help but have had no luck. we have tried the forums also. Please does anyone know how to get around this as we dont know where else to go as we are desperate for help.
