PC RESTORE

Hello,

I am in desperete need for help. I have been trying to restore my dell inspiron 1521 back to it's factory settings. I have try everything. I have tried ctrl f11 and a couple other was and still nothing. I've tried using f8 and it went to the advance boot menue, but when I hit the repair computer all it did was restart the computer. I even call dell support and they wanted 60 bucks just to restore my computer, I told them that they are out of their mind if they think I would pay that. So I am in desperete need for some help and I hope that someone could help me. Thanks
