PC turns off and 'No signal'

Hello,
I have this little problem with my PC.
Well,About 30 minutes of surfing or playing with my PC suddenly my PC turns off.Then this nasty text appears in my screen 'No signal'. Damn,That would be the time it turns off when I am working on a project! I need help!

Try to turn off again...if that happen again (at least 3 times) it could be power supply in your cpu has broke. Try to buy new one,,

Naahh...It's very rare though...I think I solved the problem : 'Clean your PC cooler/fan' That helped a lot since I never have cleaned it.
