HP Volume problem Closed

Question

Hello, 

I have an HP vs17  and my volume doesnt work at all. All the correct wires are plugged and the volume is set at the highest level but still no sound? Ugh what do I do??? HELP 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.3

In device manager,is the sound driver present on device manager?please revert back with more information.
