Assign random creation dates to files

Hello,

This is my first time using this forum. I would like a program to (mass) assign random creation dates to files using Win XP. I need this because my digital picture frame displays pictures in sequence according to the file creation date and although there are times I desire a sequential slide show for a specific event, there are times where I desire a random slideshow of various events over time.
