The Joy of Creation: Story Mode is a refreshing first-person fanmade survival horror video game based on the Five Nights at Freddy's series. This title cleverly expands the FNaF universe and provides an immersive and scary experience. If you thought all the monsters were fictive and gone by, you might be surprised how the horror beings have become real.

Plot

After several years of waiting, Nick Cawthon can finally visit the house where he grew up with his mother, siblings, and his father Scott Cawthon, who created the Five Nights at Freddy's saga. Even though he only partly remembers what happened in this house, he will quickly have to face his greatest fears again as the animatronics his father created are no longer fictive. Those frightening, evil things are coming for the family, and they will try whatever it takes to get rid of them. Throughout your journey, you will have to discover the secrets in the house and uncover the mysterious events that led to the cancellation of the next game in the series. Welcome home buddy, fear, nightmares, and death are coming for you.

Gameplay

  • Survive: You will embody different characters and face various combinations of animatronics throughout the levels called Forgotten Memories. These are called The Bedroom, The Living Room, The Office, The Basement, and The Attic.
  • Fear the ignited: This time, you will have to face the ignited version of your beloved animatronics. They are kind of demonic doppelgängers called Ignited Freddy, Ignited Bonnie, Ignited Chica, Ignited Foxy, endoskeletons, and Golden Freddy.
  • Well-paced experience: As you complete the levels and explore the different places, the difficulty will increase until the last minute. Stay alert, or death will come for you.
  • Keep the monsters at bay: Make sure to use your light as it will be your best friend to keep the demons at bay and protect you. Use it properly as it will discharge, don't run out of battery or you will get into trouble.
  • New mechanics: You will have to face various challenges throughout the five levels, and the different modes will challenge your survival skills.
