Windows explorer error msg appears at startup

wen my windows startsup, an windows explorer error message appears saying windows explorer has encouterd a problem and has to close.d screen is blank with only wallpaper no icons and no taskbar. even ctrl+alt+del does not work. right clicking d mouse also doesnt work. even safe mode d same thing happens.safe mode with command prompt aso is d same..plssssss help ;(
