Logon issues
Solved/Closed
Hello,
Everytime I try to logon my computer it says "Incorrect Password" I know for a fact that I entered the correct password. When I perform a password reset, I notice when I type in the password hint the keys are different (i.e. the "M" key displays "0"). I have performed virus scans and malware scans both in safe mode and regular mode and nothing comes up.

Sounds like you have numlock on try pressing Fn+NumLock should unlock it. Some laptops use other keys depending on the make another popular one is Fn+F11
