keyboard disabled Closed

Question

Hello, 

i downloaded malwarebytes.org and ran the scan.  When it removed the malware, my keyboard won't work.  The control panel says it the device is working properly, but not working at all.  Any clues?



Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

Unplug and replug it to dedicated port and revert back with more information if still having same issue.
