Sd card wont read and camera will not turn on

Hello, my sd crd will not read and my camera will not turn on and off without me taking out the batteriex can u help me??????

my camcorder camera will not read sd cared and will not turn on or off unless i take the batteries out of the machine my model is a sylvania dv-2100 can you please help me????

same problem here, i put it in my camera and it imidietly turns it self off, i think u have my poblem. the card is HC. can only be read by a HC ready device, i think its HC 2.0. u need a normal SD card, not a SDHC.
