Score predictor in excel help??

Hi

I am doing a world cup predictor spreadsheet in excel. How do I match scores and assign points in excel?

eg. If someone predicts england to beat usa 2 - 1 then I want to assign them 4 points but if they beat them 3-1 i only want to assign them 1 point(the correct score must be got in order to get full points). any other result (usa win or a draw) would mean the person gets 0 points.

Its probably quite simple to do but i just cant seem to get my head round it.

Why predict ? Germany is getting the cup, though I am hoping for some South American country to pick it. Just you wait and see :P

Are you saying that
if score is predicted 100% its 4 point
If the result is predicted correctly but by wrong score, its 1 point
and if result is wrong then 0 point?

Could you add a sample file ?
